Ul. Jozefa is known as Kazimierz's funky shopping street, with merchandise galore stretching from Persian carpets to foie gras. This is where Bill Hickman parked, a pub a little bit off the trampled Plac Nowy square. The place has already grown into the landscape, and can even be called a music club, despite the modest floor size (a handsome summer garden is available in warmer months, so no frets). Bill Hickman is well-balanced between the minimalist, designer-like white and orange interior, and the chilled-out Krakow-specific vibe, with spontaneous table dancing, actors' improvisations every so often and a fantastic selection of beers, both Polish and Czech. Cash only, but there's an ATM nearby.
