Wysypisko is tucked away in a very atmospheric corner of Kazimierz, just by the splendidly exotic Tempel Synagogue. Its a pleasant place to enjoy a beer or two, and in typical Kazimierz style, all kinds of eccentric odds and ends are to be found on the walls and tables. The bar regularly hosts concerts and parties, as well as exhibitions by local artists. Wysypisko also lays on free home-made snacks with that most Polish of dishes, smalec - a love it or hate it thing - you could say that it's a kind of Central European equivalent of a pack of pork scratchings (but with a little something extra...Yum Yum).

wysypisko means rubbish heap in Polish but actually this funky little bar is a far cry from being crappy. great people, warm atmosphere. try the wsciekly pies for a kick!
Decided to have a drink in this pub just because the door was open and welcoming! Made it our 'local' and found the service and company superb. Didn't realise the beer was so strong but it was very good! Hoping to return to Cracow and hope not much has changed in this 'shabby chic' bar. Try it you won't regreet it!!
I recommend in the neighbourhood place called Szynk. One reason to visit this one room affair: the best beer in Kazimierz. Amber Ale from Browar Stary Kraków comes guaranteed to illuminate your evening, while big plates of simple Polish grub act as a prime winter warmer. Inside an unassuming interior reminiscent of a Polish roadside bar, complete with cheerful owners pottering around and gossiping with the customers.
