A real niche little find, one of those places that when you stumble across it, it feels like a magical little secret club that you've been lucky enough to get in on.
Food-wise, not only do Cafe Cinema Paradiso serve up some of the tastiest burritos in town but a whole range of light Mexican & European meals such nachos, panini, hummus plates, & freshly baked cakes, cookies & muffins dependent on Miguel's wife's fancy. Drink-wise, you'll have a full bar menu including tap/bottle local/imported beers, all the spirits, all the cocktails and very decent prices.
Film wise - you're in for a real treat. Almost every evening, the Cafe Cinema Paradiso offer one or more free screenings of a fantastic range of films. They have excellent taste. Enjoy well-loved classics such as Hitchcock, Tarantino, Easy Rider, Trainspotting, A Clockwork Orange, The Elephant Man and Blade Runner.
Did we mention that this little gem also regularly screen football matches & host concert evenings with excellent local & Spanish bands and a whole lotta good vibes?
Run by Miguel and his Polish/Spanish speaking family, You'll find it snuggled into the corner of Podgorze's Independence square, dug into the side of Korona & pooling at the bottom of the waterfall of lush forest emanating from Park Bednarski.
