It's cunningly concealed just off the Market Square, but Oskar turns out to be well worth the hunt. We've been looking for a decent place to play pool for yonks, and we've now finally struck gold. Add to this a whopping 500 m2 of space spread across a chain of funky rooms (love those zebra skin booths), darts boards and a gigantic bar, and you've got all the makings of a quality evening out. If that wasn't enough, Oskar has a small garden on the Main Square itself where you get stuck into some traditional Italian pizzas and pastas. Great.

Though Krakow definitely lacks good pool halls, that's probably the only thing that Oskar's going for them. The pizza is a one way ticket to indigestion-land and the service was pretty non-existant. Plus I don't think the decor or the music selection's been changed since 1992. Perhaps if they tried, they could make it lame in an ironic, hip way, but at the moment's it's just pretty... lame.
had an excellent darty party, and an excellent billard bash, a change of music would be good though, but over all very good
