It's all sunflowers and summer-yellow decor in this bright and cheerful restaurant in Kazimierz, which is inspired by the creations of Vincent van Gogh. The speciality, as the restaurant name suggests, are a whole variety of Polish dumplings (pierogi), hand-made little dough parcels with delicious fillings that are highly popular, traditional Polish fare. Normally you'd expect just a few varieties to choose from, but this cosy place has concocted dozens of varieties, such as with chicken and pineapple and some vegetarian versions like the popular spinach and mozzarella, a variety of fruits or dried prunes. They also rustle up the special 'Vincent' dumpling with meat and lentils. Open daily from noon til evening, they also gladly do take-aways. A cult place for pierogi lovers. Soon, Pierozki U Vincenta will be moving to a new location at ul. Bozego Ciala 12.

Fantastic pjerogies! However the venue is quite small, they should expand as there is no proper seating.
To the 3 lovely ladies who kept the door open for me - Dziękujęm!
Lovely pierogis - try the Russian and meat ones.
Yes. Nice little nook. Felt I'd done my job by having pierogi at least once. The meat ones were v.good.
What can I say? Absolutely amazing pierogi! We chose the meat selection platter, 30 pieces of pierogi with varying fillings inclusing Mexican (which was genuinely very nice!), chicken liver and apple, lamb, thyme and rosemary.....oh, I wish I was eating them now! We were totally stuffed by the end. They do a cracking coffee too. Brilliantly affordable!
Great selection of pierogi, the interior is bright and clean. Prices very reasonable, this is really the best place for cheap and very tasty Polish dumplings. I recommend the Barzsz Czerwony (Beetroot Soup) with krokiet on those cold Krakow evenings.
We spent in Cracow 2 weeks and came to "Pierozki u VINCENTA" 4 times. Every time we ate different pierogis and all of them were delicious! Remember this place.
It is worth to come here and try various pierogis - more than one time! Pielmieni are my favourite! I recommand!
Haven't been here in a while, but understand from a friend that quality has dropped dramatically since I ate there a couple of years back. Shame as I kinda liked the place - it seemed colourful and upbeat in the days when Kazimierz was all doom and gloom.
i must agree this place is getting worse... it used to be wonderful! they no longer serve my favorite pierogi (oriental - there were kind of like pot stickers), so i ordered spinach instead. big mistake as they turned out extremely bland and the cheese sauce seemed like it hadn't seen an ounce of cheese. no longer recommendable...
This place kind of blew. Tiny, cold, poor service, uncomfortable, same prices or higher as the nice places and (believe it or not) no toilets. There's lots of good restaurants in Krakow, but this isn't one of them.
Ihave been living in Krakow for 7 months now and this place definitely has the best pierogi. Give the liver filled pierogi a try it's delicious.
I stayed at the hotel across the road for 2 months and I ate here often. This is what Poland is all about. Good food in a friendly place. I looked at the dessert pierogi every time and yet never had the room to try it. Smacznego
I stayed in Krakow four weeks. My mission: find the best pierogi in Krakow. Mission accomplished, and this place is it. I wish I could have one more nibble of any variety (I tried 8); great for group dining, so everyone gets a bite of something different.
In 3 days we ate here 3 times. One day there were 3 of us and we ordered 5 different types of pierogis because one was better than the next - traditional, gourmet, vegetable or meat.Worth waiting for a table!
Very small café-type establishment. Excellent Pierogi (hand-made dough parcels) we had a selection. Very cheap: 25zl for two including drinks although non-alcoholic! Ideal for quick snack (quick efficient friendly service).
There is no better pirogi anywhere in Poland. Their "Mountain Pierogi" are the best, and the staff is very friendly.
Mmmmmm, delicious! A variety of pieorgi are offered - we tried 3, all of which were delicious. And who can resist the ambience of a giant, papier-mache pierogi?!
The tables are few and far between but the pierogis are excellent. Perfect for a quick pit-stop!
For an early evening snack before hitting the bars of Kazimeriz, nothing beats the gourmet delights of Vincent's Pierogi Queens! Nor can you fail to be charmed by their smiles.
