It is Koji Suchi's owners' belief that food should not only satisfy physical hunger, but also cater to the eye and soul. As a result, hundreds of years old recipes used in Koji Sushi are exercised with meticulous engagement, using top quality ingredients, though sushi masters are open to experiment with worldwide culinary trends and different flavors.
