This cosy little Kazimierz haunt has an open fireplace, which is sure to be appreciated when Winter begins to rear its head. Then you can settle down with their prize-winning Zurek (the most classic Polish soup) and of course one of their own home-brewed Rajskie beers. The friendly owner will then tempt you into having the excellent Kaczka w Sosie Jablkowym (Duck in Apple Sauce), another Polish classic, rounded off by a ciastko (cake) and a drop of Krupnik (honey liqueur). Perfect winter protection!

Agreed on the zurek and the beer: they are both excellent. The rest is good but not amazing. Still worth the trip, especially at these prices. Friendly service, cosy athmosphere only a little bit spoiled by the dance music straight from the radio.
