Step down from the busy Dietla street to a world of laid-back elegance of Amarylis restaurant, and in the cool and quiet interior of a 19th c. burgher house cellar you will find a place that is simply something else. Taking pride in paying extra attention to details, Amarylis' owners have gone for modern fusion cuisine, with a touch of Polish culinary traditions, accompanied by a selection of fine wines and creative cocktails. Therefore, the dining experience in Amarylis is a surprising, yet lip-smacking culinary adventure, guided by professional and friendly staff, no matter if you're in for an elegant dinner, quick lunch or some special occasion. And seemingly their efforts haven't been in vain, since they have won a 2013 Michelin guide recommendation and many other awards, apart from, of course, a long list of regulars. All in all, an untrodden gem off the popular tourist track, worth your while.
