This intimate restaurant was created with with local residents in mind by the owners who have quit the big, corporate life and decided to re-forge their work life into passionate cooking.The thought behind the restaurant was to serve simple food, yet in their best, most exquisite and tasty version: all meats are brought in from local, trusted breeders and farmers. 27 Porcji Slow Food serves
variations on the theme of Polish cuisine: meat, fish, mushrooms, vegetables, and a variety of groats. Well-presented food, attentive service, reasonably priced dishes. In short: a reconstruction of Polish culinary spirit.
