Seated in a former cinema Sztuka (Polish: "art"), Brasserie Sztuka is a tribute to both French cuisine, and Krakow's renowned cultural venue. The person behind the place is its co-owner, master Fabrice Boulahouache, a French cook and confectioner, who brings in to Krakow the best of French bistro flavours, as well as light desserts. Brasserie Sztuka welcomes all hungry not only for the palate's delight, but also for homelike atmosphere and good value-for-money eat out. All delicacies are prepared in a half-open kitchen, and meanwhile parents watch Fabrice and his crew at work, kids can frolic in a children's corner. The place is tucked away in one of Old Town's side streets, hence peaceful and quiet atmosphere is guaranteed.
