This Mediterranean restaurant will make you feel like you’re on holiday in a wonderful place, full of sun and delicious food. It’s a place to get flavourful cheeses, fresh vegetables and best wines. Aubergine specializes in three types of cuisines: French, Italian and Greek. They took the best of each of them to create crispy salads with aromatic dressings, traditional Italian pizza and seafood dishes like French-style fresh clams stewed in white wine, served with a crispy baguette or Italian-style pasta with prawns and spinach. Go for a meal, stay for dessert: the rose ice cream and the lemon tart with mango sauce are divine, especially in the setting of a freshly brewed coffee. It’s fairly surprising that one can get so much Mediterranean pleasure right in the middle of Krakow, just three minutes from the Main Market Square!
