Wake’n’Bake Bistro is a definitely for those who are genuine city people! The inventive chef experiments with molecular cuisine, serving garlic creamy soup with cheesy foam. On the other hand, cabbage leaves stuffed with meat and millet groats brings a fresh outlook in traditional Polish cuisine. Duck breast and cauliflower mousse are also divine! Imagine eating a chocolate and mango mousse while sunbathing on a wooden terrace by the Vistula River. Add a garden and a playground with trampoline for kids (modern mums will be delighted!). Crown all this with a large scale street art mural in a background. You just got a recipe for a perfect day in Kraków. Take a pet with you, the staff won’t mind, they will greet it with a bowl of water. Rise and shine, Wake’n’Bake is opened from 7:30 till the last customer.
