Editor's review
The theme of Introligatornia Smaku restaurant’s interior is based on the history of bookbinding, dating back to early 1932. It started in Lvov and was then moved to Krakow. Since World War II thousands of masters and doctoral theses were put in hard cover here. Nowadays, the only trace that remains after the old workshop is the paper cutting machine, which gives a unique glimpse of the past to the venue. Now it’s a place promoting traditional Polish (here served in a slightly modern form) and intercontinental cuisine. The both are the chef’s great inspirations, which makes the variety of the menu simply astonishing. Introligatornia Smaku represents a concept of casual dining offering simple food creations for all tastes. Pop in and check out the superb local cuisine in a place that evokes a sentimentality for the past!
