Od Jajka Do Jabłka, literally: from egg to apple, is a cosy restaurant-cum-club on Gertrudy St. Its two young female owners follow a simple and effective plan. One of them looks diligently for seasonal fresh ingredients on the local markets. The other prepares every single menu item from scratch. And since she honed her culinary skills in Montreal, prepare your taste buds! No freezer, microwave or frying fat allowed! As the both ladies admit, their passion and love for a good food came first. Later on, they teamed up to give the powerful duet and decided to share honest and delicious food with people. They promote the Polish cuisine as well as traditional recipes from around the world, also leaving some space for guests’ imagination, so feel free to propose your own recipe ideas. You’re welcome to become a part of that concept.
