At first sight it seems that Bistro 11 is another place offering only tarts and sandwiches. Nothing could be further from the truth. Bistro 11 is every inch a restaurant with impressive menu, every dish is a well-balanced composition of tastes. Goat cheese panna cotta served with orange and black olives is a chef’s idea of a perfect starter. The venue’s specialty is beef heart stewed in red wine with celery in cream, baked apple and semi-glace. A lot of dishes are labelled as gluten-free in the menu. Worth to touch on the fact, that one of the most famous Krakovian culinary critics was delighted after visiting Bistro 11, he appreciated most of all creamy soups and meat dishes. Also, Bistro 11 has a wide range of breakfast sets. Rakowicka St becomes place must to go when it comes to good food and it’s thanks to venues like this one.
