Having popped to Krakow just for a weekend, your decisions what to eat and what to see should be made wisely. Gościniec Floriański, a restaurant decorated with traditional Polish paintings and decorations, located in a beautiful Old Town tenement is just what you need. The chef is aware that traditional Polish cuisine may seem too heavy for some, so he decided to add to it an European touch, to make it even more palatable. Using the sous-vide method, which allows to render flavours more intensely, is especially important when it comes to good-quality meat and fish, and these happen to be the restaurant’s specialties. Psst, a handy tip: in summer season pick your table in their amazing orangery.
