Da Silvano is a venue established and run by a cheerful Italian. He is a charismatic chef, famous from his “Not only pasta” TV show. Forget Italian cuisine adjusted to Polish taste and made with Polish ingredients. Take a peek into the real Parma cuisine. Da Silvano serves only simple, authentic Italian food. But isn’t simple food the most appreciated simple pleasure of all? Imagine delicious Parma ham, mouthwatering artichokes, aubergine with white mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, and tomato sauce. And all this will be accompanied by Italian bread and pizza. The best is yet to come! For dessert, Da Silvano’s specialty: cannoli made with fried pastry dough, stuffed with ricotta cheese and chocolate chips filling. Check also their catering offer. Long live Italian cuisine!
