If you are looking for a traditional restaurant, but with less high court-like and more homely atmosphere, choose Smakołyki Bistro. Prices here are low like in a milkbar and quality of traditional polish food is as good as in a fancy restaurant on the Main Square. The bistro is located near Planty, in old original building with huge round window. If you're staying in apartment hotels near main square and thinking of buying food to cook, don't bother! Eating in place like Smakolyki it's equally as cheap, will taste better than your cooking, and best of all you won't have to wash up... smacznego!
