To put it briefly, Bistro Praska is a laid-back concept comprising a cafe, restaurant and a bar. The crew truly believes that a combination of teamwork and commitment of every staff member is a recipe for success. The food offered by Bistro Praska is innovative and varied, with a hint of classic. We recommend risotto made of groats with mint and four types of beans. Meat-lovers should try mouthwatering dishes like beef cheeks accompanied by potato puree, fava beans and baby carrots or rabbit stew with mushrooms. To sum up, the menu is shorter comparing to other restaurants, but when it comes to both ingredients and dishes, it is quantity not quantity that counts. Bistro Praska for sure is not the type of place that should be labelled as snobby and posh. The venue was made for all to feel relaxed and at home.
