This little Podgorze bistro is actively filling a gap in our socioeconomic evolution (and our tummies) by bringing together a community of local organic farmers and the hungry people of Krakow. All of their ingredients come directly from local farms, fresh and ethically produced, before passing through the hands of Gotu Jemy Bistro's wonderful chefs and being served up as deliciously wholesome meals.

This simple change in the source of the bistros' groceries make for such complex changes in terms of their effect on the farming community and the direction of the evolution of local farms & restaurants as well as the effect their natural, chemical-free, seasonal dishes have on your personal health.

This concept springs from a passion for quality and community, as does that of Podgorze's organic farmers' market, Targ Pietruszkowy, with whom Gotu Jemy Bistro are partners in their quest for the protection of our environment, our bodies and our local economy.

We can all learn a fantastic lesson from Gotu Jemy, what they are doing can nourish the whole earth in such a satisfying way for all.
