Editor's review
Kuchnia i Wino restaurant has been established in 2002 to serve both residents of Krakow, as well as its guests, arriving here just for a short period of time. It is situated by one of the oldest streets in Kazimierz district, Jozefa St., and perfectly fits the atmosphere of special, mysterious and charming places to meet. Kuchnia i Wino offers Mediterranean cuisine, with different kinds of salads, pastas and a wide variety of meats. Particularly recommended are fresh fish and frutti di mare, with delicious mussels prepared in various styles. The restaurant also offers adequate wines of different kinds - all this in a nice, cosy and relaxing atmosphere.

We ate here twice on our recent visit to Krakow and had two of the best meals we've ever eaten. Marvellous food, lovely atmosphere, excellent service. Dziekuje bardzo!
Absolutely amazing place! I was there last week and really enjoyed this place. Service is incredible. Frankly recommend it.
Ate here on a Sunday night which probably explains why the restaurant and district were a ittle quiet. However would have no hesitation in recommending the food and service. Both fantastic. Small restautant so probably best to reserve on a Friday or Saturday.
Found this place with a group English friends that were visiting the city, and what a find it was! Great food, fantastic service and nice atmosphere. An excellent place that I'm certain I'll go back to again.
Without a doubt the best restaurant in Krakow! Ate here twice during a recent visit and had simply the best veal and pork dishes I have ever tasted. The service was also absolutely excellent - the one person waiting on front of house was one of the most efficient and unobtrusive hosts I have ever experienced. If you're visiting Krakow this restaurant is a must!
My mother and me were on tour through Poland last week. We luckily visited Kuchnia i Wino, where we were wonderfully served despite the late time we had arrived (and despite my terrible Polish!). Great menu: Variety, quality, warm and excellent service. Toni (Barcelona-Catalonia)
Simply great cuisine! Try pastas! And come there on Fridays (not Thursdays!) for frutti di mare. Reasonable prices.
