We had tree dinners last week at Pimiento and it was a great disapointment. Rest of the week we went to other restaurant. We have spent many evenings at Pimiento the last 4 years according to the lovley food and wines they served. The food last week was really bad, no tast at all. Where is the salt and pepper? The mushrooms was overdone and totally whitout taste.
We had dinner at Pimiento last week and sat in the winter garden, which has a very romantic atmospere. We enjoyed it very much, delicious food and very caring friendly service.
We were in Krakow for tattoofest and somebody we met at the convention recommended Pimiento, when we entered the restaurant we were greeted quite coldly by a waiter, (due i think to my wife and i being heavily tattooed)the food was great and the service was good, the waiter seemed to warm to us when he realised we were not trouble makers. i would eat there again!..: )
Undeniably best steak we've ever eaten, and being from Texas, we've eaten a lot of beef. Plus, the service was second to none. I think the very few negative reviews given here should be ignored. Everyone has an off day, and maybe they visited that day. Our food came quickly, the server's suggestions were spot on, and we could not have had a better 35th Anniversary dinner. Thanks.
This used to be the Orient Express restaurant, which was good, so when it metamorphosed into Pimiento I was keen to try it and wasn't disappointed. Clearly you come here for steaks not fish and chips, and the steak was excellent as was the chilli soup starter (although it's not a soup at all but a bowl of chilli). My only gripe was the clientele who were generally very loud and oikish. One Scots woman clearly had too much to drink (the great wine list was probably her downfall) and I imagine could be heard in her native Glasgow. That said it was busy, bustling and great to people-watch.
