Tom, one of the owners is always available should any questions need answering, and Dobromir, who handled the sales process for my apartment in Krakow, was exceptional. I can't recommend Leach and Lang more highly! After receiving very poor service from a large Warsaw-based company, I switched to Leach and Lang to manage, and eventually sell, my apartment in Krakow. I was more than happy with each aspect of the service, from letting and managing the apartment to sorting out the tax and eventually selling the flat. After the flat was sold, I found that the tax authorities had wrongly taken a relatively small amount of money from my bank account, and over a period of several years, in fact long after I had given it up, Marta Kaminska of Leach and Lang in Krakow, chased up this payment, finally pinning down a reluctant tax office and extracting the repayment. But from start to finish the service was efficient, and the staff were without exception pleasant and excellent communicators. In English of course, since as a typical Brit I speak no Polish. Truly a five-star service!

I am truly impressed with the quality of service delivered by the Leach & Lang team in Krakow, and this is far over and beyond what I have experienced from any other letting agencies.

I rent a flat in Browar Lubicz (amazing property for those of you who don't know it, definitely worth checking out), and my lease of the flat is completely managed by Leach & Lang. My main contact in the company is Barbara Kaczmarczyk, and you should consider yourself extremely lucky if she is the consultant assigned to you as well, if you go for a contract with this company. She is extremely professional, and is always available for any concerns regarding the property or contract, or even for any silly little question. One of the main obstacles for me, and many in my position, is the language barriers, and also here she has always been available to help me out with translation of documents or being the middle-man in contacts with vendors, like house cleaning or maintenance.

Sure, using an agency for renting a flat can be quite expensive, but by using this company, I honestly think that I have got good value out of the money spent.
