Imagine a place where you can work out, pamper yourself, treat your body and mind or simply relax... you can find all this and more at the Fitness Mlyn Garden Spa in Krakow.

Every need is catered for at the spa, which boasts a fitness room, pool, gym, cafe and lunch bar, and even a small art gallery. Treat yourself to a massage or sauna, work on your tailored fitness plan with a personal trainer and dietitian, or join classes in dance, swimming, cycling, indoor walking and Nordic walking, to name just a few.

Garden Spa is for everyone, whatever their level of fitness. Seniors and people with disabilities are welcome, as are children - who can also have fun in the nursery while mum or dad uses the facilities. Mums to be too can keep in shape during pregnancy at special classes just for them.

Unusually for a spa, there are regular art exhibitions, film showings, classical concerts and book groups - everything that you need to nourish and develop the mind as well as the body.
