The owner, Barbara Trylska-Nowakowska is also a Yoga and Body Art hothead, she always had been dreaming about her own studio. Dreams come true, so the Flow Studio Pilates is opened for you to enjoy body and mind, holistic health. Barbara is the Master Instructor Trainer of the UK Pilates Institute, founded by Michael King. She keeps a vigilant eye on each and every person that comes to her studio to achieve the best results of training. The workout in small groups in a warm ambiance with the use of professional equipment like a reformer, combo chair and spine corrector is a pure pleasure. Open your mind and achieve strengthened, stretched and lean muscles.
