Although quite a small workout space, Fitness Młyn's unique location provides a cosy and intimate atmosphere. Tucked away inside a former mill (hence the name młyn), modern design combined with the remaining nineteenth century brick walls create the perfect home away from home in which to exercise. Discreet illumination and detail such as a glowing fireplace and wooden floors only add to the charm while invigorating music and open-minded instructors will turn each of your workout sessions into an unforgettable experience. Morning or Evening, you will be spoilt for choice with any number of top notch classes to take part in. Try indoor cycling in a professional studio or loosen your muscles with Power Stretch, Yoga, Pilates or Step classes. Also on the books are Cross fit, HIIT and Muay-Thai classes to out put you through your paces.
