Alta Plana lies between the Royal Castle and Kazimierz, and they have a wonderful array of oriental furniture. Their stock comes from as far afield as India, and the hallmarks of their collection are elegance, sturdiness and quality of material. This is excellent wood, beautifully crafted with enchanting exotic flourishes. You also get the sense that this furniture is made to last - that it would be able to withstand the odd knock. Mirrors, bookcases and cupboards are all to be found, as well as a sprinkling of painted gems.
