Miejsce means 'The Place', and if you're looking for some hip accessories and furnishings for your flat, this is definitely one of the places to be. This eccentric boutique is located at the foot of the Royal Castle, and on our last visit, a machine was blowing bubbles out the window to greet the baffled passers by. Genial staff with a penchant for Chupa Chups will welcome you inside and introduce you to the exotic, personally designed pieces on show. These include such treasures as psychedelic deck-chairs, retro cushions and a much more besides. A fantastic place.

Funky and cool stuff but definitely not on the cheap side. If you're watching your budget you might want to stick to IKEA, but if you've got a few zloty to spend on hipping out your flat, Miejsce is the place for you.
