Nie lubie pisac zlych opini ale niestety drugi raz ta sama historia. W zeszlym roku zamowilismy torebki na swieta, 19 grudnia. Torebki nie wyszly z kraju do drugiego tygodnia stycznia, a do USA dotarly w polowie lutego. Panie ktore odbieraj telefony sa bardzo nie uprzejme, i nie mozna sie nic dowiedziec. Poniewaz lubie jakosc torebek postanowilam zamowic w tym roku dwie dodatkowe. i niestety historia sie powtarza. Torebki zamowione 27 grudnia, nie wyszky z Polski do 13 stycznia a do mnie nadal nie dotarly. Szkoda, bo w ten sposob traci sie klientow, a konkurencja jest naprawde bardzo duza. I don't like to write bad reviews but unfortunately the same story for the second time. Last year, we ordered handbags on December 19. The purse did not leave the country until the second week of January, and they arrived in the US in mid-February. Ladies who receive calls are not very polite, and you can not find out anything. Because I like the quality of the bags, I decided to order two more this year. and unfortunately, history repeats itself. Bags ordered on December 27, will not leave Poland until January 13, and they still haven't arrived. It is a pity, because in this way you lose customers, and the competition is really very big.

I just purchased 7 hand bags for my self and family members. They are very beautiful and well made. Each was a different design and we are so enjoying the handbags. It is really sonething to be walking around with a handbag with your family name on it.

I have two, one from the Classic Collection and one from the Amber Exclusive Collection. I get compliments on both - even from men! Simply beautiful!

While on vacation last fall,fellow Americans in Czech Republic told us to stop in the Batycki store when we got to Warsaw. So glad we did, bought a bag for myself and 2 more for the daughter-in -laws. Beautiful product. Can't find them anywhere in the U.S. Any insider info??

Gorgeous, gorgeous handbags - beautifully embellished with amber and silver. I think these fine pieces of fashion leave the popular Italian brands in the shade, to be honest. And you won't look like every second person in New York either with a Batycki over your shoulder!

I received a purse and billfold for Christmas from my son and everyone is in love with it. I'm traveling to Krakow soon and plan to bring several back for friends. They are beautiful and the leather is quality. Love it!
