This charming Notting Hill establishment is a favourite of locals who appreciate the refreshingly old-fashioned feel. After all, this country-style pub dates back to the 19th century! Instead of sports-blaring TVs, the Windsor Castle offers a friendly, laid-back atmosphere with a good range of ales and ciders. There is also a decent selection of British pub food available, with the Saturday brunch and the traditional Sunday roasts as particular standouts. The Windsor Castle’s hidden garden is a wonderful escape in the summertime, but when the rain and fog creeps in, indoors is just as cosy.
