The traditional Cantonese meal of dim sum has swept across London in recent years, gaining quite the stylish makeover in many cases. Ping Pong has enjoyed wild success with the modern dim sum trend, and there are a total of nine Ping Pong locations across the city. The traditional approach of only serving dim sum on a weekend afternoon has gone out the window here. Carefully prepared tapas-size portions of dumplings, rolls, and buns stay true to their heritage, but you’ll more likely see Ping Pong’s patrons sipping cocktails than a cup of tea with their meal. Bonus: Sundays are all-you-can-eat.
