This sleek Soho spot does a brisk trade in Italian baked goods and pastries, which can be seen lined up behind the main counter in a tempting array of colour. Focaccia, cakes, and salads are available to enjoy at nearby shared tables or as take out. Princi has also expanded to cater for the growing demand for its impeccable Napoletana style pizza, which can be savoured from a more traditional restaurant-style space (though many tables remain essentially street-facing counters). After-work and lunch hours are particularly busy here, so avoid the queue by stopping by in off-peak hours.
