A bankable, central internet cafe that's just by the main bus stop on the Svobody Avenue, Pavuk promises fast connections and a relaxed, modern setting in which to lift off into cyberspace. Downstairs you can make use of the photo-copier (provided it's not to replicate your face or any other part of your anatomy of course). There's also a scanner if you want to send your friends your stunningly artistic photographs of Ukraine. Internet is 4UAH per hour.
