Miami has a wonderful tradition in many of its neighborhoods called gallery or art walks. These community-oriented events guide participants around a particular neighborhood with a focus on local arts and galleries. The Wynwood Gallery Walks take place on the second Saturday of each month, as does the Design District Art Walk. The walks on Lincoln Road and South Beach take place on the first Saturday of every month. Several other neighborhoods offer the walks, including the well-known Viernes Culturales (LINK) event each Friday in Little Havana. This site is the best source for information on walks in various neighborhoods.
