There’s a certain charm to any property with the word ‘boutique’ in the name, particularly in Miami where towering architectural feats and massive spas are the norm. But The Angler’s, built in the 1930s, still has the architectural charm in its Mediterranean Revival buildings, a spa, and restaurant, without the overwhelming resort atmosphere.
