The Tapas are good, the steak was perfect medium and the red wine harmonic. But a absolute no way are paper serviettes, only over the road you can buy nice linen quality from origin Belarus in cheap price.

I come here every time I'm in Minsk for business. It's a relaxed place and the food is of a high standard - recommended!
