Editor's review
If you thought you knew BOSCO BAR, think again. The newest member of the BOSCO family in Moscow has undergone a complete revamp from menu to décor - and all the new touches are a step up in class.
For a start, chef Scott Denning has joined the team. The New Zealander already has Michelin two-star experience from a stint in London, from where he was snapped up to head the kitchen on board a private yacht. It didn't take BOSCO manager Stepan Mikhalkov long to recognise Denning's talent and hire him to overhaul the menu. All the old favourites are still there, but expect to see a new fusion of Russian and European cuisine with a decidedly Italian accent.
Aficionados of BOSCO's earlier incarnation will still feel at home, as the restaurant has maintained its well-received cover layout and classic furnishings. However, they will certainly see a difference in the interior design, which has been re-styled a la mode.
To find BOSCO, take the metro line number 1 or drop in via Red Square.
