Poznan Tourist Card

Poznan has had its Tourist Card for ten years now, but its 2013 edition beats it all.

The characteristic blue plastic card enables free sightseeing in 16 museums. A cupon bookled handed with the card provides over 50 discounts in various places in and off Poznan: cultural institutions, swimming pools, hotels and restaurants. The price of Poznan Tourist Card includes also a full use of Poznan public transport.

If, for example, your busy day in Poznan includes a visit in the National Museum, a swim in Termy Maltanskie, a swing in a rope park Pyrland, and finally a lunch in Gospoda pod Koziolkami, a dinner in Toga and a stay in Mercure hotel - all accessed by public transport - your wallet will remain thicker by 86 zlotys. And if you're off to some distant attractions, like Kornik palace, the validity of your card will be extended by a day.

Poznan Tourist Card can be purchased in the City Information Centre branches in Arkadia department store, the train station, the airport, Poznan Fair Hall, and the Market Square. The card is also available in some hotels. The card can be purchased online here (Polish only)
