Pastela is an excellent restaurant for connoisseurs of aromatic cuisine, located on the corner of the picturesque ulica Zamkowa, next to Poznan's Stary Rynek.

Fresh salads, pasta with cheese, spinach and mushroom sauce, hearty casseroles, and vegetables grilled to guests' requirements are available for those who prefer vegetarian cuisine.

Guests partial to fish can choose from aromatic salmon tartare, or grilled and marinated salmon, trout and zander. We also offer tender tiger prawns in garlic butter, seafood salad, and tagliatelle frutti di mare with vegetables.

The menu caters for meat lovers too, featuring delicious carpaccio, pork tenderloin with crispy skin, beef bourguignon and lamb with herbs - not to mention the chef's special, a healthy and tasty goose dish.

Fragrant mousse and cakes, ice creams and a wide choice of coffee, chocolate and aromatic tea are the perfection way to round off the meal. We also offer a wide selection of wines at great prices, and in the springtime our guests can enjoy our beautiful walled garden.
