The ethnographic division of the National and Historical museum is partially housed in Musaion, a building in the Prague 5 district. Apart from its permanent ethnographic exhibition, Musaion is currently showing Modern Czech Legends, an exhibition devoted to contemporary folk culture, or, folklore of the atomic age. From musical subcultures (think punk or metal) to childrens games, Modern Czech Legends searches for current expressions of folk culture in modern Czech republic.
