Brightly coloured drinks, extremely welcoming clientele and live music - throw in a series of happy hours dotted throughout most evenings and that pretty much sums up Spot Kafe.
Wednesdays are the nights to drop by to see the live acts, while DJs power the weekend overdrive on Fridays and Saturdays (and Thursdays - Riga does weekends VERY well indeed).
There's a fairly extensive cocktail menu to choose from, and friendly, good looking staff to serve you. And, because it's a one-off venture run by friends, the atmosphere is always laid-back.

A great Shot Bar, which located in the very middle of Old town, just next to Dome Square. A lot of special offers, happy hours, amuzing music and student prices ;) Also a cozy place to watch sports.
