Another of the classy Radisson Blu bar-restaurant offerings, D'vine is a top spot for people watching - from the inside and out.

Fine wines, upmarket tapas, salads and main courses created by the hotel's excellent team of chefs are all served in the airy surroundings of the wine bar, which has large glass walls through which diners can watch Riga go by - and the rest of Riga can gaze through with envy.

So linger awhile over that glass of champagne - it didn't come cheap, and after all you never know who might pass by.
