Certainly one of the most upmarket restaurants in Riga, Benjamins, at the Europa Royale hotel, offers a choice of four grand dining areas.
These in clude the Venice Hall, with the only Venice crystal chandelier anywhere in the Baltics. The Fireplace Hall is dominated by a restored period fireplace, while the Mirror Hall is light, bright and elegant. Or, take a meal on the summer terrace, overlooking one of Riga's most beautiful parks.
Diners can expect creations such as basil fried salmon fillet, duck breast on apple, gold-trimmed chocolate cake, fried mozzarella with garlic eggplant and herbs, and many more mouthwatering options.
