Dining at the Royal Square hotel's restaurant is something like stepping into a gastronomist's dream.
Desiderata is just about as chic as they come, with its intimate, seductive and welcoming atmosphere.
Step across the glass floor to your secluded table in the knowledge that your meal is to be prepared by staff who earned the Best restaurant in Latvia title in 2010.
The waiting staff are attentive, and in no hurry to rush diners out of the restaurant as closing time approaches - so if you have a reservation post-opera, just take your time and enjoy the food and the atmosphere.

I have eaten here a number of times, both for business and for pleasure. The food is excellent, the service perfect and the wine list is very good.
