Editor's review
The English get some very strange looks when they order tea abroad. It's not the order itself that raises eyebrows, but the fact that it seems to be only country in the world where it's acceptable to put milk into tea.
On the other hand, every other nation is quite happy to make tea from and mix it with anything but milk, so maybe the English habit is just redressing a balance.
Whatever the case, if it's tea you want, it's to Kama Tea Hub in Riga that you must go. Here, there are teas from all over the world, along with delicious homemade sweets. They will also, if ask nicely, add milk.
