Really very interesting, especially if you are into Classical sculpture and artefacts.

A great museum, learned so much about the countries history

The museum was amazing, with a range of exhibits dating from the bronze age, through the Thracians and Romans to the Medieval. The bronze head which graces the museum ticket is astounding.

Absolutely fascinating museum. Its treasures rival those of the British Museum or the Met in New York but with the added advantage that they are all from within Bulgaria! The Stone Age, Late Bronze Age and Thracian/Roman artifacts were particularly oustanding.

Very interesting but drop the kids somewhere fun beforehand if you want to be able to see it whinge-free.

Great stuff! We spent an entire rainy day here and didn't even notice the time passing. Fascinating.
