Located near the Palace Square and the Hermitage. the 12 Rooms is one of the biggest anticafes in Petersburg, offering a heart-warming space, filled all sorts of cozy nooks with with sofas, armchairs and blankets. For an entry fee of 2 rubles per minute for the first hour (about 6 cents per minute) and 1 ruble per minute in the following hours, you'll get anything and everything: exquisite coffee, a variety of teas, crunchy cookies, fresh sushi, movie hits, a kicker table, board games, wi-fi, etc.). If you want to play mafia in a great company, work with a cup of coffee or just hang out in an open and friendly space for good people, this is the place. Opened 12am-12pm on workdays, 12am-7am on weekends.
