Beskidzka Art Gallery was founded in 1995 by Barbara and Miroslaw Bator and ever since it has been the biggest private gallery in the south of Poland. 200 sq m of exhibition space hold a presentation of ca. 130 artists, not only from Szczyrk area, but also from the whole Beskid area. The gallery organizes annually ca. 10 painting exhibitions. as well as many concerts, workshops and other cultural events. For many years the gallery has been famous for organising plein-air workshops of the figurative art.
