Editor's review
A city's architecture defines its identity possibly even more so than its people. Who could imagine Athens without the Parthenon, Rome without the Colosseum, Paris without the Eiffel Tower or Bromley without the Glades Shopping Centre? If bricks and mortar are your bag then you can study the import of Estonian architecture at this fine museum, built into the impressive Rotermann's salt storage house near the harbour. As well as permanent displays on native edifices, temporary exhibitions examine the architectural winners and sinners of foreign cities. The museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
