Tallinn's oldest gay bar, X-Baar has always been and still is the headquarters of the city's gay scene. As such, it may come off as a bit divey - but it's a nice change of pace from its sister venue's vice parade and has certainly established a devout following of men and women. The only bar in town proud enough to fly the rainbow flag, you're sure to glean everything you wanted to know about Tallinn's gay culture here. Unpretentious and unassuming, there's never a cover and the tiny dancefloor will see its share of the action as the night ebbs on.

Easy ish to find but we walked round a circle trying to find it as it is tucked away. Went here a lot, midweek was quiet but weeekend got busy and there was a lively crowd. Everyone was so friendly. Felt very comfortable and safe. Bar staff were on the ball providing a good effiecient service, very friendly and helpful. Nice Venue decor inside, spacious plenty of room to dance and also chill out. I like this place, I'l be back:-)
